At the start of the round, if holding 2 or more Eureka, spend as many Eureka as possible to raandomly upgrade own incantations, using 2 Eureka to upgrande from rank 1 to 2, and 3 Eureka to upgrade from rank 2 to 3, prioritizing lower ranked incantations.
