Zenless Zone Zero is an eccentric sci-fi action RPG gacha game that allows players to explore the dangerous Hollow zone, filled with dangerous Ethers by deploying a multitude of special Agents and Bangboos to aid you in combat and allow you to find a multitude of different treasures. With the Amplifying Test of the game, players have been able to get a good look of the game’s overall aesthetic, gameplay features and combat systems, including the overworld main hub that players will have the chance to explore and do many of their upgrades in game - The Main Eridu City.

Zenless Zone Zero Main Hub - Everything You Can Do In Eridu City

Like with many other action RPG games, the main city hub is a very important place where players can not only get information, trade goods, but they can also experience some of the game’s most important game mechanics to help increase the power and general combat prowess of their teams or characters along the way. Zenless Zone Zero’s main hub is no different, with New Eridu City offering players a variety of special places players can explore in order to experience the game’s various mechanics and use them to their advantage to upgrade the Agents combat prowess and power before entering combat and exploring the Hollow Zone.

Howl’s City News Stand & Scratch Card

The first interesting place in Eridu city that players can go explore is the New Eridu City’s News Stand handled by Howl, the city’s local adorable dog and the owner of the stand. At this space, players will have the ability to read the newspaper and find out all of the new things that have been going on in New Eridu City and the Hollow Zone, some of which will factor into the game’s main story and side stories as well. These news are updated daily, so make sure to meet the adorable Howl everyday to read the news!

Aside from the daily news, players will also be able to get a scratch card everyday at Howl’s City News Stand everyday. Scratching the card will reward players with certain amounts of Polychromes and Dennies, depending on your daily luck.

General Chop’s Food Stand

After completing the game’s main story to a certain point, players will be able to meet General Chop, the local city chef and be able to order foods at General Chop’s food stand. 

At General Chop’s food stand, players will be able to order a selection of special foods that will grant your combat team special limited time buffs that will take effect the next time you take a Commision. Each of the dishes made by General Chop will have unique special buff effects that boost the offensive abilities of all of the Agents in the team. If players are having a rough time clearing specific commissions in the game and do not have enough power to, don’t hesitate to visit General Chop and get some good foods to boost your team’s combat prowess before challenging the enemies!

Gaming Arcade

After clearing specific main story commissions, players will be granted access to the Arcade. As the name suggests, players will be able to play many different games and minigames here at the arcade and exchange game currencies for special rewards for reaching highscores or finishing certain stages in these minigames.

The arcade will also occasionally host special events and limited time event shops where players can participate in special limited time event minigames and exchange for premium items at the event shop. If players are tired of the constant battling and exploration, they can relax and play some minigames here all the while still obtaining a lot of rewards.

Coff Coffee Shop

Another of the establishments that players can visit in New eridu City is Coff Cafe or the Coff Coffee Shop. As the name suggests, this place serves players various types of drinks served by your wonderful android friend Coff. Players can unlock this coffee shop after having completed the 1st main story chapter of the game.

Each of the Coffee on sale at Coff Cafe will help players obtain double the amount of drops from the farming stages in Combat Simulation, with each coffee doubling the drop amounts of a specific kind of chip dropped from the stages. Each of these coffee takes effects immediately upon consumption and will be effective for only 1 enemy card per coffee ordered. Players will also be able to obtain 60 Battery energy when drinking the coffee and players will only be able to drink 1 single coffee cup everyday, so remember to visit Coff Cafe daily for all the benefits.

BOX GALAXY Gadget Store

Another one of the important establishments players will need to visit in New Eridu City is the Box Galaxy Gadget store. This Store serves as players’ place to obtain special W-Engine Weapons for their Agents instead of having to gacha the W-Engines. This Store will open alongside the Gaming Arcade once players have finished the main story of the game up to a certain point in the 1st Chapter.

Here at the Galaxy Box gadget store, players can Buy special B Rank and A Rank W-Engines by spending special W-Engine Chips obtained from various commissions and missions. Players can also Recycle unused W-Engines to obtain their leveling materials and a portion of their ascension materials back if players no longer have any use for lower rarity W-Engines. Players should visit this store to get the best W-Engine to equip their Agents and boost their combat power when necessary.

Ask, Buy, & Give Change’s Department Store

Running through the streets of New Eridu City and players will have a chance encounter with 3 adorable Bangboo merchants known as Ask, Buy and Give Change who are managing their very own Department store filled with interesting currencies and items that players might need to buy in order to upgrade their Agents.

Visiting the Department Store runs by the 3 Bangboos Ask, Buy, And Give Change and players will be able to purchase various Agents upgrading materials and special items needed to upgrade your team’s overall combat power. These items are divided into 3 different tiers that require players to have completed a certain point of the main story to unlock higher tiers of items in the shop for them to sell. These items will also be refreshed daily and restocked with brand new items once players have purchased them. So if players are in dire need of materials but don’t want to spend their batteries at the Combat Simulation, players can try their luck at the Ask,Buy and Give Change Department Store everyday.

Bangboo Remodeling Shop

Want to use Bangboo in your combat to help your team with their damage output? Then why not come to the Bangboo Remodeling Shop. The Bangboo Remodeling shop is the one stop shop for everything Bangboo related.

At the Bangboo Remodeling Shop, players will be able to modify their Bangboos by upgrading them, Updating their star rating and increasing their overall stats to help boost their power in combat situations. If players were to obtain good Bangboos from the Bangboo gacha, don’t forget to visit the Remodeling shop to upgrade them.
