Zenless Zone Zero Launch Campaigns & Events - What To Expect
With the Zenless Zone Zero Close Beta test going in full swing and a lot of players have had the opportunity to partake in the testing of the game’s mechanics and gameplay, many important details have comes to light on how Zenless Zone Zero works and what kinds of gameplay contents players can expect from this brand new Cy-fi world made by the creators of Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail and Honkai Impact 3rd. Along with the various gameplay features and character tests in the close beta, players also had the opportunity to get a glimpse of some of the special events and campaigns that they can expect to partake in when the game officially comes out as well.
In this article, we will go over all of the special events and campaigns that players can expect to partake in when Zenless Zone Zero launch and advises players on what these events entails and on how they can best take advantage of these events to get as much rewards as possible to be able to have the best starting point in the game as best as they can.
Please note that this information is taken from Zenless Zone Zero’s Close Amplifier Beta Test, meaning that some of these contents may experience some changes and adjustments once the game officially launches and may differ from the details listed in this article.
Zenless Zone Zero In Game Events And Campaigns - What To Expect
With the Close Beta test of the game, many players have been able to access the various important events and campaigns that players will be able to partake in once the game is released, including many important events such as log in events, special limited time events and challenges and more.
Special Log In Event - New City Visitor’s Passport
The first and one of the most important starter events in Zenless Zone Zero upon the game’s launch will be the special limited time log in event - New City Visitor’s Passport. During this special login event, players will be able to obtain up to 10 free pulls on the limited banner of the game simply by logging in during the duration of the game’s first patch of contents.
For logging into the game during the 7 days period, players will be able to obtain Encrypted Master Tapes everyday, up to a total of 10 Tapes that can be used to roll on the Limited Agents banner or the Limited rate Up W Engine Banner. It is important to note that players do not have to log into the game consecutively to get all of these rewards. They simply just need to log in for a total of 7 days within the event’s period in order to claim the rewards.
Special Log In Event - “En-Nah” Into Your Lap
Another of the special log in events that players will be able to experience once the game is released, the special log in event “Eh-nah” Into Your Lap will also be available alongside the New City Visitor’s Passport Log In event and will rewards players with a total of 10 Coup-Ens, the special currency that allows you to roll for special assistants in the form of Bangboos.
Just like the other Special LogIn Event - New City Visitor’s Passport, players will need to log in for a total of 7 days during the event’s period in order to be able to claim all of the event’s rewards. The log in days don’t have to be consecutive, but the players need to log in within the event’s time frame otherwise the log in day will not count for rewards.
Limited Time Event - Vicious Dogs Within
The first limited time event that will be available for all players to participate upon reaching a certain point in the main story is the special Vicious Dogs Within Arcade Event. Players will need to have finished the 1st Main Story Quest and have unlocked the Arcade in the game in order to be able to partake in this special limited event.
For a duration of 14 days, players can play various specially available Arcade Games in the game in order to exchange for various valuable items such as Polychrome (The limited gacha currency in Zenless Zone Zero), Agents upgrading materials and more important materials that players will need to have in order to advance quickly in the game. The Limited time available Arcade games will be unlocked gradually during the event’s duration and completing them fully will reward players with enough event currencies to obtain all of the important materials and limited time rewards in the event shop.
Special Game Mode - Eridu Frontier
Once the players have progressed more in the main story and have unlocked more game modes, players will be able to unlock the special game mode - Eridu Frontier.
Once unlocked, players will be able to participate in this game mode permanently and obtain various rewards by completing challenging missions and clear waves of enemies. Once players have completed the 3rd Line of Defense in the Stable Note of the Eridu Frontier Game mode, they will be able to recruit the special A Rank Agent - Soukaku for free to their roster of Agents.
In order to unlock the Eridu Frontier, players will need to have finished the Main Story 2nd Chapter Interlude up to a certain special mission. Once unlocked, players will have access to this event right away and can obtain the Agent immediately after fulfilling the conditions.
Special Game Mode - Hollow Zero
Another of the special events that players can participate in during Zenless Zone Zero Close Beta and Release is the special Hollow Zero Event, which is unlocked once players have cleared the Main Story Chapter 1 Interlude and have unlocked the Hollow Zero Exploration mode.
In this game mode, players will be tasked with exploring various different environments and recruit special Agents into your roster along the way to defeat waves of enemies and obtain special rewards. This game mode serves the Zenless Zone Zero’s roguelite gamemode and requires players to obtain various buffs, agents and defeat as many enemies as possible in order to explore as deeply into the Hollow Zero Zone as possible to obtain various fabulous rewards including Polychromes, special 4* W-Engines and character upgrading materials.
Starter Special Event - Rookie On The Road
Finally the most important Starter Event that will help players track their progress and see how far they have progressed in the game is the special Rookie On The Road Limited Time Event. This event is available permanently from the start of your journey in Zenless Zone Zero until you have fulfilled all of the conditions of the event and have obtained all of the rewards from the event.
This event is a progress tracking event that gives players rewards depending on how far they have progressed in the main story of the game, with various fabulous and exclusive rewards to claim including a special Bangboo assistant - Bagboo, a special W-Engine Starlight Engine Replica Proxy Primer gear, a copy of the A Rank Agent Ben and the special Demara Battery Mark II Proxy Primer Gear.
These rewards will be given out as the players progress through the main story of the game and have completed certain milestones or special quests associated with the main story of the game. Once completed the rewards will be given out according to how far the players are in the current main story quests:
- Complete Chapter 1 Commision “ Please Help!” will reward you with the special Bangboo Assistant - Bagboo.
- Complete Proxy Primer No.2 will reward players with the W-Engine Starlight Engine Replica Proxy Primer gear
- Complete Chapter 2 Commision “ Call Ben Bigger” will reward players with the A Rank Agent Ben.
- Complete Proxy Primer No.4 will reward players with the special Demara Battery Mark II Proxy Primer Gear.
