Zenless Zone Zero Special Pre-release Livestream Program - What To Expect

With the game’s official release quickly approaching on the 4th of July, 2024 and many players are highly anticipating a brand new action RPG gacha game product from the makers of Honkai Impact 3rd, Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail, a special Pre-release live stream program was released to let players know of some of the interesting coming changes and amazing features that players can expect from the official launch of Zenless Zone Zero.

New Characters & Factions Teases

With the game’s close beta tests, players have had the opportunity to take a look at some of the game’s available Agents and some of the game’s interesting factions that they can interact with and play as. However, with the special pre-release livestream program, the developers have offered players a look into some more of the game’s interesting characters and some of the never before seen brand new Agents and some of the factions players can see in the game once it is released.

The first faction players will interact with is the Cunning Hares, with the Agents Nicole Demara, Anby Demara, Nekomiya Mana and Billy Kid.

The second faction players will interact with is the Victoria Housekeeping Co. , with the Agents Alexandrina Sebastiane, Von Lycaon, Ellen Joe and Corin Wickes.

The third faction players will interact with is the Belebog Heavy Industries, with the Agents Koleda Belebog, Ben Bigger, Anton Ivanov and Grace Howard

The fourth faction players will interact with is the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, with the Agent Zhu Yuan and 3 brand new mysterious Agents.

The fifth faction players will interact with is the Hollow Special Operations Section 6, with the Agents Soukaku and Hoshimi Miyabi and 2 newly introduced mysterious agents.

The sixth faction players will interact with is the Sons of Calydon, featuring 2 brand new never before seen Agents, 1 named Lucy and another named Piper.

Finally, a brand new faction has also been revealed, named Virtual Idols and featuring 2 brand new mysterious Agents that will appear in the future.

Brand New Features & Gamemode Changes

Together with the reveal of some of the games’ upcoming factions and playable Agents teases, players were also shown some of the game’s further developments and some of the brand new features and changes that will come to the game after the Close Beta Test.

One of the first important updates and changes that players can see from the special Pre-release livestream program is the introduction of a 3rd exploration map that players can explore when they advance in the main story. With only 2 area available to explore in the Close Beta test, this means that the Official Launch of the game will have even more main story that players can play through and an entire brand new area for players to explore with their agents. In addition to this, a brand new big explorable area in Eridu City will also be available for players to explore, containing the Hollow Investigation Association headquarters and several brand new game modes that players can experience.

With the official launch of the game, the 2nd floor of the Video Store is unlocked, allowing players access to some brand new features that were not available in the Close Beta Test, including features where players can invite the Agents on outings to finish their companion quests.

Another change is the explorable collectibles that players can obtain. Unlike in the Close Beta, chests will now appear in the overworld and players can now find and open these chests to obtain various items and currencies. In addition, various new NPCs and quests have also been added for players to experience and complete their unique missions in order to obtain rewards.

Brand New Story Missions and Agents Companion Missions have also been confirmed, allowing players to have even more game time with Zenless Zone Zero and be able to obtain even more rewards by clearing these missions and experience the backstory of the individual Agents that they can interact with.

Finally, the Hollow Zero gamemode has experienced a complete overhaul with the introduction of an entirely brand new explorable area when accessing the Hollow Zero gamemode and the introduction of several brand new game modes within this area as well.

System & Quality Of Life Changes

In addition to the brand new features and game modes added to the official launch of the game, several changes have also been made regarding the system and quality of life when playing the game.

The first and very important change coming to Zenless Zone Zero is the changes to how the Bangboo Banner works in game. Unlike in the Close Beta Test where players have a 50/50 chance of obtaining the Rate Up Bangboo when rolling an S Rank Bangboo, players can now choose which of the Bangboo they can obtain from the banner when rolling for an S Rank Bangboo. This completely eliminates the RNG aspect for the Bangboo banner and allows players to be able to obtain their favorite Bangboos without fail when rolling.

Additionally, the battle system has experienced a small quality of life change where players can now directly view the Attribute Anomaly Build Up Rate on enemies, allowing players to see when the Anomaly Effects will trigger. Furthermore, enemies and agent’s buffs and debuffs can now be viewed below their HP bar as well.

Zenless Zone Zero Official Launch Rewards

Finally, we can’t end an official pre-launch celebration live stream without discussing the players’ rewards for joining in the game when the game officially releases on the 4th of July, 2024.

Firstly, the pre-registration campaign for Zenless Zone Zero has been successfully met and players will be able to obtain 20 Master Tapes (20 pulls), 5 Boopons (5 bangboo pulls) and the A Rank Agent Corin Wickes.

Secondly, players can obtain up to 10 Encrypted Master tapes and 10 Boopons through the 2 in-game log in events - New City Visitors’ Passport and “Eh-nah” Into your lap. Players only simply need to log into the game for 7 days in order to obtain all of the rewards from the 2 log in events. In addition, players will be rewarded with 10 Master Tapes when logging into the game for the first time, thanks to the Cunning Generosity Event. A second log in event - Six Street Giveaway will also reward players with up to 10 more Encrypted Master Tapes when logging into the game for a total of 7 more days.

Thirdly, advance through the story and complete special missions will reward players with various currencies and limited time Agents upgrading materials and the A Rank Agent - Ben Bigger. Leveling up through your journey to level 5, 15, 20, 25 and 35 will also reward players with a total of 40 Master Tapes, 65 Boopons and 1600 Polychromes.

Completing all of the events and campaigns after the official launch of the game will reward players with up to 100 FREE PULLS And 80 FREE BANGBOO PULLS.
